We will start your program with a 60 minute in-depth initial session. During this call, we’ll dive into your history, goals and priorities. We’ll lay out where you are coming from and where you’d like to be headed. Together, we’ll come up with a customized plan to get you started. You will leave this session feeling excited, confident and motivated for the months to come!
During our bi-weekly Zoom sessions, we’ll review your goals and progress, troubleshoot challenges you’re facing, and work on strategies to keep you consistently moving toward your goals.
You will have 24/7 access to me through email as well as access to all related materials we have through a shared drive. You can complete these forms, ask questions and see my feedback all in one place. Whether you’re looking for meal ideas, routine boosters or just needing some extra support – I’m always available in between regular sessions.
Each week you will fill out a customized FYF spreadsheet so that you can both plan ahead and reflect on your progress, celebrate wins and strategize for the new week ahead!
What We Do
I will work with you to build an individualized and realistic approach to nutrition that aligns with your lifestyle, schedule, and goals. My goal is to help you create sustainable nutrition and wellness habits to help you feel your best. I will also be an accountability partner for you and help you to organize your thoughts, feelings and goals to create sustainable habits.
This program is a way for you to prioritize yourself and invest in your health. When you prioritize yourself and your health, you will radiate in all areas of your life!
Health isn’t one size fits all. Each one of us is unique. Our health is shaped by the interaction of our genes, our lifestyle and our environment. We will identify what bring you joy, and work together to cultivate nutritional and lifestyle strategies in order to help you experience more of it. We will work together to adjust your mindset regarding nutrition to foster a positive and healthy relationship with food. I will help you develop this mindset throughout the duration of this program, ultimately setting you up for success in achieving your nutritional goals.
